Terms and Conditions of Sale – RNGS France

1. Prices and Invoicing

Prices are expressed in euros, tax-free. VAT not applicable under Article 293 B of the French Tax Code. All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Products remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

2. Orders

Validation of an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. The seller reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a prior dispute with the customer.

3. Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Delivery times are indicative only; delays do not justify cancellation or damages.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Consumer customers have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving reasons. Products must be returned in their original and complete condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. 5. Legal Warranties

Customers benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects. Any claim must be sent by email to contact@rngsafe.com.

6. Liability

The seller shall not be liable for any indirect damages related to product use. The buyer is responsible for following the safety and usage instructions supplied with the product.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and failing amicable resolution, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of the seller’s registered office.
